Commercial credit services
Business tradelines that report to the bureaus
Business credit facility origination, credit agreement management and ongoing account maintenance for businesses that want tradeline history with Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business and Equifax Business.
What a business tradeline is
A credit account on your company's commercial file
Each tradeline shows the creditor, the limit or high balance, the current balance, the terms and the payment history. The more tradelines with positive payment history, the stronger the commercial credit profile that lenders, suppliers and partners check.
- Revolving and installment tradelines, both reported
- Reported monthly in Metro 2 to all three business bureaus
- Separates the business's credit identity from the owner's personal credit
- First tradeline typically visible within 45 to 60 days
Why it matters
Stronger scores, better terms
Better financing
Lower interest on business loans and higher limits from suppliers follow consistent on-time payment history across multiple tradelines.
Credit without a personal guarantee
Once at least three tradelines are reporting, a business can qualify for a PAYDEX score and start appearing in the databases lenders check.
New businesses included
Tradelines break the no-history cycle. We work with newly formed entities and established companies that want to strengthen their profiles.
How it works
From agreement to reported history
Facility origination
We establish the business credit facility and the credit agreement that governs it.
DUNS and setup
D&B needs a DUNS number before any tradeline can post. We help initiate one if the business has none.
Monthly reporting
After the first payment cycle, the account is reported in Metro 2 during each bureau's window.
Account maintenance
Ongoing management, out-of-cycle updates and dispute handling keep the history accurate.
